​Sign Up/Change EZ Pay

• EZ-Pay – No cost to our customers, amount due is deducted from your bank account on approximately the 10th of the month in which the payment is due. No late payments or postage costs. Sign up/change your EZ Pay online by CLICKING HERE.
• Mail – Please enclose your check or money order as well as the remittance stub in the self addressed envelope enclosed with your bill. Please allow 5-7 days for posting.
• In Person – Payments may be made at our office at 2322 S. Darst Street. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 4:30PM excluding holidays.
• Credit Card – This is a one-time payment and a convenience fee will be charged for this service based upon the amount being paid. This fee is paid directly to the credit card processor and is not retained by GPSD. Click here to pay by credit card. You will be re-directed to another website.
• E-Check – A one-time electronic payment may also be made using an e-check. There is a convenience fee that will be charged for this service. This fee is paid directly to the processor and is not retained by GPSD. Click here to pay by e-check. You will be re-directed to another website.
• Pay By Phone – To pay by phone, please call 1-800-800-1595. When calling, have your nine digit GPSD account number and your payment information available. This is a one-time payment and a convenience fee will be charged for this service based upon the amount being paid. This fee is paid directly to the credit card processor and is not retained by GPSD.
• Local Pay Agents – Click here to see a list of available locations. This is a one-time payment and a convenience fee will be charged for this service based upon the amount being paid. This fee is paid directly to the processor and is not retained by GPSD.

If your water is shut off, you must contact Customer Service at (309) 272-4804 before water service will be restored. Allow 2-3 business days for all website payments to post.
