Answer: Fall 2026 is the projected "go live" date. Question 2: I'm a landlord. Can I have my tenant receive the GPSD bill? Answer: Yes. Once the system is live, we will have a webform for landlords to complete to add/remove a tenant from receiving an e-statement. Question 3: How do I enroll in level pay? Answer: Once the system is live and we have a few months worth of data, we will update this page with instructions on how to enroll in level pay. Question 4: My first bill looks like it has more than one billing cycle. Is this an error? Answer: In the first cycle or two on the new system, there may be multiple months worth of billing data to process. Question 5: What's the minimum bill amount? Answer: Bills won't be generated if the balance is less than $10.00. Likewise, late fees won't accrue on balances less than $10.00. This threshold will help eliminate printing/processing of bills that are low amounts. Question 6: I get an annual bill. Why am I getting a more frequent bill? Answer: The new system requires billing along the same cycle as the drinking water readings. In most cases, this is monthly.
